Brewed with purpose. Built by a veteran.
The Army taught me that details matter. As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, I learned that every torque value, every checklist step and every inspection counts, because a crew is depending on it. I learned to trust my team, take pride in the work and get it right the first time. I didn't know it yet, but I was also training to be a brewer.
It started on Christmas 2012. My wife gave me a one-gallon, all-grain brew-in-a-bag kit, and I brewed it on the stovetop in our kitchen. Was it great? Let's call it drinkable. That was enough. I wanted to design my own recipes and give them my own flair, so I started experimenting. A lot of those recipes turned out great. A few are filed permanently under "do not attempt again." Every batch taught me something, and that's how you learn.
Along the way I found a home in the homebrewing community. It runs a lot like a unit. People share what they know, lift each other up and always have room for one more at the fire.
Kettle and Keg Brew Supplies grew out of all that. Every kit carries a piece of the story. Flying HIPA and Dark Reconnaissance come from the flight line I worked on. Band of Brewthers is for the people who show up for each other. Pinup Queen celebrates a timeless aviation tradition.
We build our kits the way I learned to maintain aircraft: by the book, with no shortcuts. You get quality all-grain ingredients, pre-milled and pre-measured, with clear instructions, so brew day goes to plan. I've already made the mistakes, so you don't have to. And premium doesn't have to mean pricey. Every homebrewer should get great ingredients at a fair price, whether it's your first stovetop batch or your five hundredth.
So fire up the kettle and join the crew. Let's brew something worth sharing, one batch at a time.
Army veteran-owned. Brewer-approved.
